Where are you located?
We are located on the South West corner of 81st and Sheridan in Tulsa, OK. Our street address is 8104 S. Sheridan Rd. Tulsa, OK 74133.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, due to customs laws, we cannot ship internationally.
Do you have any stores located in my city?
We sell to many restaurants and retailers in the Midwest – our main retail shop is in Tulsa, OK – we will have a list of retailers soon.
What carriers do you ship through?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air.
Can I change the delivery date?
You can call us (877) 492-8988 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to change the delivery date once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payments are processed through Heartland Payment Systems on the day that your order is received. The following credit cards, issued by a US financial institution, are accepted for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not fit these criteria.
How will I know the order was received?
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and another once the order is completed with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Will my order stay fresh while in transit?
All meat items are prepared fresh, frozen and packed in foam shipping boxes with ice packs – Our goal is to keep items under 41 degrees F in transit – some items may arrive partially thawed – because they were packed fresh and only frozen once, it is perfectly safe to re-freeze these partially thawed items. Actual time in transit is no more than 1 or 2 days – Our Standard Shipping (7-10 days) is the time it will take to arrive to you from when you place your order. We are not responsible for any damaged or perishable goods once package arrives.
Can I track my order status? UPS provides tracking numbers for all packages. You will receive a separate email with that number once the order has been processed by UPS.
