All of Siegi’s products are made of wholesome ingredients and are USDA approved. We do not use any additives or fillers. Only the absolute minimum of preservatives are used, to ensure a high quality product. Below you will find some of the products that our Meat Market and Deli offer.


We offer catering services for weddings, reunions, birthdays, and much more.

We can accommodate up to 70 people for special parties and occasions.

Cooking Instructions
To prepare our cooked sausages simmer in water (160°). Then grill on indirect flame, or pan fry.

Cooking Instructions
To prepare our raw sausages, Grill on indirect flame, or pan fry until internal temperature reads 165˚F or more.
