This is a raw Spanish-style Sausage. Ground pork, salt, paprika, red and black pepper, cumin & oregano stuffed in delicate natural casings, they are excellent pan-fried for breakfast with scrambled eggs. They come with approximately 7 links in a pack and will last up to 6 months frozen and about 4 days after thawed and opened.
