This uncooked version of our Bratwurst is very popular. Stuffed in delicate natural casings, they are excellent pan-fried for breakfast or served with fried potatoes as an entree. These bratwurst come with approximately 8 links in a pack (sometimes may contain up to 10) and will last up to 6 months frozen and about 4 days after thawed and opened. Fed a mob this weekend with your Nurnbergers. They are very good brats and we liked them very much. I took a poll and several of us thought they were missing something in the taste, a bit bland, maybe not as spicy as we are accustomed to. Don’t get me wrong, these were delicious brats, but I want to be honest with my review. Service and delivery was great and the brochen are delicious. I will order them again.

Excellent Nurnberger brats – this is my husband’s very favorite, and we were so happy to be able to purchase them online after our regional German food store closed down. I cooked them in a deep skillet with a bit of water that cooked off, then turned up the heat to brown them. Pulled right at 165 degrees. Juicy, tender, and all-around wonderful.
